NPS Registration – Quick Links to Generate PRAN (Permanent Retirement Account Number)
We understand any registration process can be tiring and you might have to drop out of the NPS registration journey if you don’t have the required documents handy with you. Hence, below is a bundle of quick links that you can use to complete your NPS registration or clear any further requirements raised by CRA.
During PRAN Generation

| Complete Pending Registration: |
If you were able to successfully generate Acknowledgement ID, and dropped out of the journey without generating PRAN, You will not have to re-fill the sections you had already filled. |
| Re-KYC for rejected KYC: |
If you have received a KYC rejection communication from CRA, enter your PRAN, DOB and correct Captcha code to upload the required KYC. That’s it! |
| Complete e-sign if Aadhaar is linked with mobile number | If you could not complete e-sign during your NPS registration, enter your PRAN, DOB and correct Captcha code. You will be directed to a page where you need to enter your Aadhaar number. Upon entering the Aadhaar number, generate an OTP that will be sent to your mobile number linked with Aadhaar. Enter the correct OTP & submit. E-sign completed! |
| Complete e-sign if Aadhaar is not linked with mobile number | Mobile number not linked with Aadhaar number? Worried how you will complete e-sign? enter your PRAN, DOB and correct Captcha code to download your pre-filled application form. Affix signature and courier it to us along with your address proof, identity proof and bank proof uploaded at the time of registration. Courier it to us at:

After PRAN Generation
There can be scenarios where the address you had mentioned at the time of NPS registration is not relevant to you anymore, or the bank account linked with your NPS account is no longer in use. To be precise, any detail captured during NPS registration can be modified post PRAN generation as well. If you are willing to change your mobile number, email address, Scheme Preference or NPS Pension Fund Manager, you can make the changes by simply logging in to your NPS account.
In order to update any other detail details submitted during NPS registration, download the Subscriber Modification Form for the CRA associated with your PRAN, fill the required section relevant to the section you want to update, attach the required KYC and send it to [email protected].
