How to implement Corporate National Pension System (NPS) ?
It is very easy for a Corporate to implement Corporate NPS for its employees. Its a 4 – step process, as shown below. End to end activities do not take more than 10 – 12 working days.
Step 1: Corporate Registration
Corporate needs to submit required registration forms along with corporate KYC documents prescribed by PFRDA.
A unique registration number is created for each legal entity of the corporate.
Step 2: NPS Roll Out for Employees
We conduct NPS awareness sessions and help desks for employees to educate them about the product and process.
Step 3: Employee Registration for NPS
During or after awareness sessions, employees can join NPS, get their queries resolved.
NPS joining process is fully digital.
HR then validates the employment details and helps activate PRANs.
Step 4: Corporate Contribution Processing
Post obtaining the consent from employees and successful verification, corporate starts deducting contribution amount from the salary.
Corporate can send this amount to HDFC Pension for further processing.
